As in, they think of food most of the day and plan their schedules accordingly and also take great care in planning their meals.Now there is gossip in Film Nagar about a said director who is said to love good food. Apparently, he likes food to the extent that he has started indulging in planned lunches and dinners.

Now, when the film is on sets, the director and his assistants spend most of their time in planning their shots and day’s shoot. But the said director is said to come to the sets and then plan elaborate meals for the day with his assistant. Talk is that he starts out with breakfast and then goes on to lunch and then of course to dinner, not to forget snacks in between. Some of his unit members say that if he decides on eating crabs or prawns for lunch, he also takes time to decide how he wants to eat them.

And since the director is from Godavari district, his love for food is said to be extreme. Now, all the food he has been eating is also showing on the director and he has been adding kilos of late.

His career has been written off. He is said to be at the fag end of his career and things haven’t worked in his favour for some time.His last film Kick 2 was a huge flop. Still, that hasn’t affected the market range of the film’s hero Ravi Teja.

The satellite rights of the film have been lapped up by a television channel for Rs 7 crores. Considering that he has just had a huge flop, it is a big amount for Ravi Teja. Now, when people enquired after the story, it has come out that apparently the channel people invested the money thanks to the confidence they had in the film’s director Sampath Nandi.

Since he had executed Racha well and since the film was a hit, the channel is said to have invested such huge money on the film. Well, some say, all is well for Ravi Teja after all.

It is being said that many top actors and producers are considering a remake and have approached Krish for the same.

Some time back it was reported that the hero of his earlier film Akshay Kumar is also keen on remaking the film. On the other hand, historical films are lapped up by Indians and Bollywood has had a history of remaking historicals. So, the subject is in demand say industry insiders.

Also, Kanche is more or less a hit and that has attracted many producers. But again, in the past, there were strong rumours that some top Bollywood producers and actors were keen on remaking Gamyam, another hit film of Krish, in Hindi. This is biggest ever record for any Tamil movie including that of Rajinikanth’s past blockbuster films. The point which needs a special mention is ‘Vedalam’ achieved this feat in front of Kamal Hasan’s flick ‘Thoonga Vanam’ released on the same day. Despite both the big projects shared equally good number of theaters in between themselves, Diwali proved to be a colorful festival for ‘Vedalam.’
