Pragya Jaiswal who impressed every one with her looks and acting prowess in Varun Tej’s Kanche, may have just bagged a big ticket film. She is reportedly being considered to play one of the lead ladies in Mahesh Babu’s next to be directed by AR Murugudooss.

Mahesh Babu is currently shooting for his Brahmotsavam in the direction of Srikanth Addala. The movie is being planned for Summer-2016 release. This project in ARM direction will go on floors after Brahmotsavam release.

Senior Producer Dil Raju will be producing the movie under his Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. The movie is a bilingual and is likely to have another hero for the Tamil version. More details of the project later!

Colours Swathi’s Tripura is commanding huge craze in the trade circles. The movie is being released in more than 600 screens in both the Telugu States. Especially the demand is in high in Nizam where the film is being distributed by Abhishek films who previously distributed Mahesh’s Srimanthudu.

The movie will see light the next Friday. With no other notable release that week, the movie is expected to rake in big numbers. The movie is said to be a sequel of Anjali’s successful horror-comedy, Geethanjali.

Geethanjali fame Raaj Kiran is wielding megaphone for this film which is also a horror comedy. Pooja Ramachandran will be seen in one more important role. Kona Venkat and Veligonda Srinivas provided the screenplay. The film is being produced under Crazy Media banner and J Ramanjaneyulu is presenting it. Kamran has composed the music for this film.

The business happened depending on Vaitla’s image in overseas audience and Megastar Chiranjeevi’s comeback cameo but nothing worked. Back home, similar fate is in for the film. A 15-18 Crore is on for the movie for its Worldwide business.

The makers of Akkineni Akhil’s debut movie, Akhil are still maintaining suspense on their release date. The release date adverts did not appear in today’s Newspaper as many hoped casting doubts over the November 11th release.

Rumours are ripe that the movie may be pushed to December-end. On the other side, Karnataka distributor of the movie let out an ad that the movie is releasing for Diwali but usually such ads are not so reliable.

It is known that the movie scheduled for Dussehra is postponed due to some error in the Graphics work. Now that the correction work is complete, the makers are looking for a suitable date to release the movie.

Thala Ajith’s next, Vedalam is titled ‘Avesham’ in Telugu. The movie is releasing in both the languages on November 10th. The re-recording work is currently going on. The first copy will be ready very soon.

Ajith has no big market in Telugu and he is hoping that this film will help in creating it. A major part of the film’s shooting took place in Kolkata. The movie’s trailers are already making a huge buzz in Tamil. The promotion activities of the Telugu version are yet to begin.

Shruti Hassan plays the female lead in the film while Lakshmi Menon is seen in an important role. Jil fame Kabir Dulhan Singh is playing the baddie. Aavesham is directed by Siva of Gopichand’s Souryam fame and produced by senior producer AM Ratnam. Young musical sensation Anirudh Ravichander is the film’s music composer.
