Former Parliament member from Rajahmundry Undavalli Arun Kumar came into the scene and forwarded made his comments on Section 8 of the Telangana bill and on Phone tapping. Undavalli argued valid points to oppose Telangana bill when the moment in peak. On one side Congress and YSRCP leaders in AP were attacked AP Chief Minister CBN on phone tapping and demand for resignation and arrest but Undavalli Arun Kumar made his comment against to them.

Participating in one discussion in TV Channel, Undavalli said that nothing will happen to CBN in Vote to note case. Even he received notices from ACB, case has not strong base to retain legally in the court. Undavalli feel sorry and said that CBN needlessly worried on this case. He feels that CBN didn’t talk any illegal point with the conversation with Stefenson.

Undavalli has thankful to CBN for raising Section (8) of the Telangana bill. There are many loopholes in the section. Undavalli said that every point in the bill drafted as per wishes of KCR at that time. He criticized that KCR agreed for Section (8) at that time now he did not accepted. He predicts danger to KCR if Telangana Government was really did phone tapping of AP IAS and IPS Officers.

TDP Party Workers’ Coordinator and scion of AP CM Chandrababu Naidu, Nara Lokesh, has broken his silence on the sensational cash-for-vote case. Reacting on the episode, Lokesh stated that TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu is national leader whereas TRS chief KCR is Galli leader.

Asking the party workers not to worry about Naidu, Nara Lokesh stated, “These cases can’t affect Chandrababu Naidu in any way. They hardly has any impact. CBN plays national politics whereas KCR’s politics are Galli politics.”

Lokesh’s statement brought cheer on the faces of party workers who were panicked about the future of their party president and leader. Lokesh expressed his confident that Chandrababu comes out of this incident clean and stand vindicate.

It may be recalled that  Revanth Reddy was caught red-handed bribing TRS nominated MLA Elvis Stephen on May 31st. The Anti-Corruption Bureau caught Revanth in a well-planned and well-executed sting operation. Revanth is allegedly involved in “cash for vote” scam in the MLC election.

Revanth reportedly offered a total amount of Rs 5 Crore and he was caught on camera when he was handing over Rs 50 Lakh as advance to Stephen. The purported conversation between AP CM Chandrababu and stephenson was leaked to media on June 7th.

One of the key electoral pitches of Kejriwal was that Delhi had become extremely unsafe for women and if elected, his Party would take up the issue of women’s safety as a top priority.

Judging by recent developments, this is a promise that he clearly has no intention of honoring.

Lipika Mitra, wife of Somnath Bharti, a key leader in AAP had filed a complaint with the ‘Delhi Commission for Women’ alleging domestic abuse at the hands of her husband since their marriage in 2010.

Lipika had apparently requested an audience with Kejriwal to air her grievances but was denied one.

“I expected Kejriwal to give me a fair chance and at least listen to me,” said Lipika.

If this is how Kejriwal functions, then what safety is he going to give the women of Delhi, especialy those who are not so privileged?

Apparently feeling insecure amidst the Telangana police, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has called for protection only from Andhra Pradesh police at his residence, camp office and the State Secretariat.

According to sources, more than 2,000 policemen were brought from different parts of Andhra Pradesh, particularly Kurnool district, to guard Naidu and his family members; obviously to prevent the Telangana police from entering the area to serve notices on him in the cash-for-vote case.

What is more, he also asked the AP Director General of Police to look into the possibility of opening AP police stations in Hyderabad for providing protection to Andhra installations.

Naturally, this has irked the Telangana government. Taking serious objection to the deployment of AP police personnel in Hyderabad city, Telangana State Director General of Police Anurag Sharma today warned that he would withdraw police protection to all political leaders of Andhra Pradesh State.

Towards this end, Anurag Sharma called on Governor ESL Narsimhan on Tuesday and complained against the presence of AP police in the State capital.

During his meeting with the Governor, the Telangana State police chief made it clear to Narsimhan that providing security to people’s representatives and maintaining law and order in Hyderabad was the primary duty of the Telangana State police personnel only.

Taking objection to the presence of Andhra police in Hyderabad, the DGP said he would withdraw police protection to AP political leaders, including people’s representatives.

Some legal experts opined that deployment of AP police in Telangana State capital is totally against Section 8 of Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act.

The deployment of AP police in Telangana and interference in the affairs of Telangana State amounts to gross violation of AP Reorganisation Act, they felt, pointing out that Sec. 8 of the Act clearly stated that police and officials of Andhra Pradesh have no power and jurisdiction in Telangana State. They also said police of one State cannot work in another State as it is totally against the spirit of the Constitution.
