Mega Powerstar Ram Charan had revealed an interesting update about the shooting progress of his next film, Bruce Lee (Working Title). According to the update, the movie unit had finished canning two songs, interval fight and few scenes of the film.

The update also has an indirect message in it. Going by it, the movie is just 25% complete. The makers have announced October 15th as the release day on the eve of Dussehra. To complete the movie in time, they will have to race against time.

Dussehra release is important of the movie as it will have holidays advantage. Ram Charan made sure that Kona Venkat and Gopimohan are back to Srinu Vaitla’s stable after that Aagadu breakup. Srinu Vaitla is very determined to be back on success track after that failure of Aagadu.

DVV Danayya will be lolling out the money bags for this project under his Universal Movies Banner. Thaman is the music composer in the film in which Rakul Preet Singh is playing the female lead.

To make comedies that get houseful audiences, Kona Venkat prefers to set comedies in a house. From Dhee to Ready to King to Loukyam to Pandaga Chesko, there is no movie where an iconic house is not part of story. Because all of Kona’s characters converge at this pace to make fun, flaunt histrionics and do a hell like comedy.

This house discussion has now popped up as the First Look poster of Kona Venkat’s latest writing “Shankarabharanam” are released the other day. Going by the poster we could say that it is a hit and chase kind of crime comedy, which according to Kona will stretch from New York to Bihar.

The title logo resembles a gun but in the backdrop a house sketch could be observed. It looks like those big palaces in Srinu Vytla’s movies. As the house is given such an importance in title-design itself, should we now say that Kona didn’t left his trademark house comedy?

Directed by newcomer Uday, this film has Nikhil and Nanditha in the leads, while Kona Venkat has written script, screenplay and presenting it. Earlier there is buzz that this film is remake of “Pyaas Gayare Obama” and now as Kona claimed story credits, we wonder if it is not.

We could notice from the making video that Ramya portrayed a teen-mother to a veteran Raja Maatha in the two part series.

Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’s much hyped film, Kick-2 is not going to release on the earlier said June 26th now. The business woes of the makers got doubled now. Forget about clearing business in new areas, old distributors are also shying away as the makers had already lost holidays season due to the postponement.

Kick-2 budget crossed beyond Ravi Teja’s market. Kalyan Ram who is new for producing star films failed miserably and is now struggling to release the movie. Sources within the movie unit tells us that the movie may be pushed to August if Baahubali and Srimanthudu both releases in July.

Kick-2 is not exactly a sequel to Kick but Ravi Teja will carry some continuity from that film to this one. The director promises that Kick-2 will be more entertaining than Kick. Rakul Preet Singh plays the female lead while Thaman composes the music. Vakkantham Vamsi who penned Kick is also the writer of this film.
