Shocker:Heroine Nisha affected with HIV
Film Industry is a colorful world but it have darker side also.Here is one such example which shows the other face of film industry. Veteran actress Nisha, who paired with top heroes Rajnikanth, Kamal Hassan in the past was found lying in quite miserable stage . As per reports she was affected with HIV and found in the foot path Nabur Darga in Nagapatannam district in Tamilnadu state.
There is no one to take care of her and so she was found lying on a foot path since last few weeks with ants and flies scrawling on her body With no place to go, Nisha is found on the streets. Her situation came into light when a lawyer of Human Rights Association received her photos on WhatsApp.
Taking up her case suo motu, the Human Rights Commission has ordered the Collector of the District and the Police Superintendent to help Nisha with proper medical care. Nisha has acted in many Tamil Films. She worked with Rajnikanth and Kamal Hassan. Noted directors Balachandran, Vishu and Chandrashekar. Tamil film industry is also terribly shocked after knowing about her miserable situation.
Anchor Anasuya hitting GYM for Pawan friend’s film
TV Anchor Anasuya became famous after ‘Jabardasth’ comedy show in E TV. She even anchored for several film related functions. Anasuya shocked one and all by rejecting a big offer to dance with Power Star Pawan Kalyan in ‘Atharintiki Daaredi’ directed by Trivikram Srinivas saying that she wants to debut as heroine.
Her comments on Pawan Kalyan film created flutter and Pawan fans blamed her for rejecting Pawan’s movie.At last Anasuya finds the role that suits her best and it came from none other than Pawan Kalyan’s friend PVP.Anasuya gets call from the PVP group regarding their upcoming venture and she finally landed in a small film that will be directed by debutant Ravikanth Perepu.

Chiru fires on Pawan ‘s fans?
Well, the Megastar of Tollywood, Chiranjeevi has finally showed his another shade when he goes fed-up. It is learnt that Pawan is always absent to any event if Chiranjeevi will be attending. So, same was the case with Varun Teja’s debut movie audio release, Mukunda. It has become so common that Pawan fans shout out his name when all the Mega Heroes start talking about the respective film.
This has become a big negative point to the Mega Family. However, this kind of same chaos was seen in the audio release of Mukunda. Chiranjeevi who is known to tackle things in a very clam way has now showed his angered tone to all Pawan fans. Jagan digs on Babu’s cheating plans!
Well, the opposition in Andhra Pradesh has been taking charge to make the ruling party on toes. The YSRCP Chief, Y S Jaganmohan Reddy has taken a deep dig on the electoral promises that have still not been implemented in full force. Jagan said “Naidu promised an unconditional loan waiver for all farmers.
Now, he is stipulating various conditions and linking his promise to only those with ration cards and Aadhar cards. Thanks to all these gimmicks, the number of eligible farmers has come down from 1 crore to 22 lakhs.” Jagan added “This is blatant cheating. Neither has Naidu given any clarity on the waiver of ‘Dwacra’ loans, another promise of his.
He has promised a job to every household but that is again an impossibility judging by the way he is working.” However, Jagan said that Chandrababu is not allowing to hold dharnas but the party will do dharnas across the state. So, what do you think? Can Jagan act against the government?
Telugu heroines hit back at Tammareddy!!
A couple of days back, senior producer and director Tammareddy Bharadwaja has lambasted native Telugu girls by quipping that most of them are party-animals and never interested in doing any social service. Without taking names, he rebuked that Telugu heroines lack that professionalism Mumbai girls do have. Though he shot arrows in the dark, couple of local Hyderabad beauties have took them seriously.
“On the day of Memu Saitham, I got a call from Manchu Vishnu to come and join him in Kabaddi match. I’ve simply joined it. Then I went to cricket too. and from there, I came to main venue for Antyakshari too. But it is just that day morning I’ve returned from Vizag where I’m shooting for Gopala Gopala with Venky and Shriya”, said Madhu Shalini, expressing dissent against words that Telugu beauties lack ‘professionalism’.
Hyderabad based Poonam Kaur stated that she is feeling unwell but still she took to rehearsals and performed at the event. Same is the case with another Telugu beauty Ritu Varma who missed a family function to attend Memu Saitham. Coming to another heroine, Ee Rojullo fame Reshma Rathod, she says, “I’m shooting in Chennai and none called me to take part in the event. If I got a call, I would have participated”. Telugu Director Offers Shweta Basu
For the now we are not sure whether director Teja is making any film or not, but he is here to spring an offer for heroine Shweta Basu Prasad. Ever since this young actress stormed to headlines after she was taken into custody for alleged involvement in prostitution, things took a dramatic turn in rehabilitation centre and courts up to her release, and finally it is raining movie offers for her.
Teja told a media house that he hasn’t yet approached Shweta Basu for the role, but he is ready to rope her in as a lead girl for his next venture that will roll on floors soon. Being a national award winning actress, surely Shweta does justice for the roles offered, but the point is why such offerings now? Do we have to think that these are acts of generosity and sympathy or just to cash on the ‘Shweta Basu’ wind that created ripples among audiences too? Truth is always bitter!!
2 Directors Are Mahesh’s Close Friends
“As I have grown up in Chennai, I don’t have many friends here in Hyderabad. All my childhood friends are there”, says Superstar Mahesh, when it comes to talking about his 2 am friends. Being a star, we know that he doesn’t get much time away from work, but whenever he is away he slips into a holiday with his family.
And still, Mahesh has two friends from the Telugu film industry, may not be 2am friends, but good friends with him. Many people already know the answer, as Mahesh is always seen close to couple of directors. “From Telugu industry, I’m close to Sreenu Vytla and Trivikram Srinivas. After working with them in two films each, probably we know each other well”, reveals Mahesh, indicating that hits and flops don’t count when making friends with directors.
Both these directors have given a hit and a flop to Mahesh. Its hit Dookudu and flop Aagadu with Vytla, while Trivikram made decent-grosser Athadu and flop Khaleja. But all these films never failed Mahesh as an actor and his unique body language is the result of these flicks.

Sukumar’s protege Vema Reddy made his directorial debut with Chakkiligintha starring Sumanth Ashwin and Rehana.
Story :
Adi (Sumanth Ashwin) believes that boys are looked down by the girls as boys tend to express their feelings first. He asks all of his friends to avoid girls to gain their attention. Then comes Avi (Rehana) who challenges that she would make Adi fall for her and break his own rules.
Performances:
Sumanth Ashwin suits the character and he is expressive. He is definitely improving as an actor. He tried his hand at action in this film. Rehana is cute. She complemented Sumanth well. Lead pair did their best to make this romantic flick click.
There are many young comedians among the star cast. But sadly none of them were utilized to their potential. Viva Harsha and Tagubothu Ramesh had few moments here and there.
On the Technical Front:
Director Vema Reddy had a nice concept on his mind. He failed to develop that idea into a good film. There are patches of brilliance from the debutante that will not go away unnoticed. Unfortunately they are very less and far apart.
Vema Reddy might make a name for himself if he comes up with a strong script. Film is technically sound with colorful cinematography and soothing music. However that isn’t enough to make this film an engaging watch. Editing could have been better. Film drags towards the interval and climax. Producers made sure that the film has rich visuals.
Analysis:
Chakkiligintha starts off on an interesting note with the protagonist expressing his different ideology about girls. However the film is completely based on that idea and never moves ahead. It gets boring after a point Even the conflict between the lead pair isn’t strong enough to keep you interested till the end. There are certain elements that may appeal to the youth.
Even they will get bored with this wafer thin story going nowhere after the first few minutes. If the director concentrated on entertainment and other engrossing elements Chakkiligintha could have been a better product. The film comes alive only towards the penultimate scenes. We wish there were such touching scenes throughout the film.
Chakkiligintha has its moments, but falls flat on a whole. Boring narration, single line story and silly philosophies about youth’s mentality doesn’t let this film go above the below average mark. An able lead pair with some decent technical values doesn’t make this film a decent watch. In one word, it is a ‘disappointment’ from the debutante director.
Verdict: Chakkiligintha fails to tickle!
