Powerstar Pawan Kalyan and Nidhhi Agerwal are teaming up for the much-awaited Telugu film Hari Hara Veera Mallu, which is all set to hit theatres on July 24th. The film is directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, with the screenplay by AM Jyothi Krishna, and is bankrolled by AM Rathnam. The grand pre-release event of the film was a star-studded affair, with ministers from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka in attendance.

During the event, Pawan Kalyan candidly addressed the criticism he often faces for acting in remake films. He admitted that fans were disappointed with his choice of back-to-back remakes but explained the reasons behind those decisions.

“I understand that many of you are upset with me for doing remakes. The reality is that there aren’t many big directors available to collaborate with me. Alongside films, I also have responsibilities towards my political party and my family. Remakes were the practical way for me to balance everything and continue in cinema,” Pawan said.

In recent years, Pawan Kalyan has appeared in several Telugu remakes like Gopala Gopala, Katamarayudu, Vakeel Saab, Bheemla Nayak, and BRO. Initially, even Ustaad Bhagat Singh was planned as a remake, but recent reports suggest that the team has reworked the script into an original story.

With Hari Hara Veera Mallu, fans are hoping to see Pawan in a refreshing and original avatar after a series of adaptations.
