BJP is swiftly shifting gears for the development of their party in the Telugu States. Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are the only hope for BJP in south India as few of their territories were taken over by the local parties and Congress pushing the ruling party into deep trouble.
As a part of their aggressive behavior, the BJP is looking for perfect leaders to lead their party in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. In Telangana, BJP somehow managed to apply brakes to TRS and there are several leaders to look at for this prominent post.
But, the position of the BJP is Andhra is very uncertain and they couldn’t find a capable leader other than Kanna Lakshmi Narayana. So, the AP BJP wanted the Pawan Kalyan to choose the best president for their party. BJP has gained some mileage with its alliance with Janasena in AP.
With Pawan’s involvement, they can attract some voters in AP but Pawan seems to be uninterested in involving their party affairs. Pawan thinks that involving in such crucial decisions will do him no good as he knows that BJP is no recognizing position in AP barring their alliance with Janasena.
The political analysts opine that Pawan took a good decision as he only needs the center’s support and acting as AP BJP’s ‘go-to man’ will do him no good.
