As Hari Hara Veera Mallu, starring Powerstar Pawan Kalyan, gears up for its grand worldwide release tomorrow, the actor has been actively participating in promotional activities alongside director Krish Jagarlamudi and co-director AM Jyothi Krishna. The film features Niddhi Agerwal in the lead female role, and expectations are soaring high among fans and cinema enthusiasts.
Amidst the film’s promotions, Pawan Kalyan opened up about a personal matter during a media interaction—his mother Anjana Devi’s health. Earlier, there were speculations in the media regarding her well-being, which were promptly addressed by Pawan’s brother Naga Babu, who reassured the public that she was fine. However, Pawan has now provided a clear update, confirming that his mother is currently undergoing treatment and is on the path to recovery.
Addressing queries about his absence from recent cabinet meetings, the actor-politician explained, “I had to skip one meeting due to my own health issues, and the second time because my mother was admitted to the hospital. We chose not to disclose it earlier due to personal and cultural sentiments. But yes, she is still in the hospital and recovering steadily.”
Anjana Devi, who is in her 70s, is reportedly battling age-related health complications. Despite the challenges on the personal front, Pawan Kalyan has remained committed to his professional and political responsibilities, striking a delicate balance between both spheres.
