Pawan Kalyan’s gangster drama OG, which had a sensational box office opening last week, has emerged as the highest-grossing Telugu film of the year, maintaining a steady run throughout the weekdays. To celebrate this milestone, the makers hosted a grand success meet in Hyderabad, attended by the entire team.
Pawan Kalyan once again stole the spotlight with his signature charisma, appearing in a full black outfit reminiscent of his character, Ojas Ghambeera. Fans were thrilled when he recreated a dramatic moment on stage—just as he had during the pre-release event—this time wielding a gun at the request of director Sujeeth and music composer Thaman. Though initially reluctant, Pawan Kalyan posed with the gun, creating a “Moment of the Day” for fans.
During the event, Pawan Kalyan shared that he had been persuaded to hold the Katana and adopt a distinct swagger for the pre-release event, something he had never done in his career. Similarly, for this success meet, he was requested to pose with a gun, which he initially declined but eventually agreed to for the fans.
Director Sujeeth expressed his hope that OG’s success would open doors for future collaborations with Pawan Kalyan. He also confirmed that the OG universe will continue, with more exciting details to be revealed soon.
