As part of this reform-driven approach, Pawan Kalyan has initiated a rare and highly focused review process within the Jana Sena Party. Instead of conducting routine group meetings, he has begun holding one-on-one, face-to-face interactions with every single Jana Sena MLA. These meetings are taking place at the party headquarters in Mangalagiri and are designed to ensure direct accountability and transparent communication.
The process began today, with Pawan Kalyan already meeting nine Jana Sena MLAs. During these sessions, a wide range of issues were discussed in depth, including constituency performance, public feedback, governance challenges, and future priorities. Reports suggest that these meetings are not one-sided briefings but meaningful conversations, where MLAs are encouraged to share ground-level realities and express their concerns openly.
In addition to providing key intelligence reports and feedback, Pawan Kalyan is said to be carefully assessing the responses and working styles of his MLAs. Sources indicate that he has also expressed dissatisfaction with certain representatives and has clearly communicated expectations, offering guidance and corrective advice where necessary.
Unlike traditional political reviews where leaders address MLAs in large groups—often allowing some to escape scrutiny—this individual interaction model ensures that every MLA is directly accountable. With plans to complete meetings with all 21 Jana Sena MLAs in a short span, there is no room for complacency.
This approach is being viewed as a significant internal reform, not only strengthening Jana Sena Party’s public image but also reinforcing discipline and effectiveness within the NDA government in Andhra Pradesh.
