After cornering Jagan administration over the imposition of English education in public schools, Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan has targeted Jagan over the steep price hike of onions. In his Twitter, Pawan targeted Jagan over the rise in onion price.
Sharing a picture of a long standing queue in Tirupati where people stood out to buy the onions at a subsidized price of Rs 25 per kgs, Pawan Kalyan criticized Jagan government for its “total failure” in controlling the prices of the essential goods.
Pawan said Jagan was behind the steep increase of onion prices. While the prices of onions have been increased through out the nation, Pawan’s selective criticism of AP CM Jagan is receiving flak from several corners.
Instead of criticizing PM Modi and the Central government, Pawan targeting Jagan Reddy is not going down well with Jagan’s fans as well as the intellectuals and neutral people. Blaming the state government for what it is not responsible is not a wise move by Pawan. These tweets from Pawan are bringing backlash and trolls are having a field day on Pawan’s gross ‘ignorance’.
On the other hand, speculations are rife that Pawan has taken a pro-BJP stand. His recent praises on PM Modi over his initiative on the eve of the recent Armed Forces Flag Day and the recent praises on BJP president Amit Shah have rubbed his ally communists on the wrong side.
Pawan earlier wrote, “Let’s show our solidarity to the call given by our Beloved & Hon. PM Shri Narendra Modi ji to support generously for the families of armed forces through ‘Kendriya sainik board’ on #ArmedForcesFlagDay 7th December. Jai Hind!”
