Nikesha Patel had a dream debut in Tollywood. She got the golden chance to romance Power Star Pawan Kalyan in Puli. Though the film did not do well at the box office, she is always referred to as Power Star’s heroine.
She is trying to make her mark and is currently starring in a Kollywood film Yennamo Yedho opposite Kadali hero Gautam Kartik. However as luck would have it she injured herself when she slipped and twisted her ankle.
She was immediately rushed to private hospital in Chennai. Doctors adviced her a week’s rest. Nikesha earlier complained of body pains due to salsa movements included in dance movements to the song ‘shutup your mouth’ sung by Shruti Hasan. The film is a remake of superhit Tollywood film Ala Modalaindi.
