Peddi and The Paradise Might Clash in March 2026

Almost a year ahead of their releases, the makers of Ram Charan’s Peddi and Nani’s The Paradise had locked March 2026 as their target. Interestingly, both films were initially scheduled for the same week, with The Paradise set for March 26 and Peddi for March 27. With two major releases so close together, one film may have to adjust its date to avoid a clash.

Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, who made his debut with the 2021 hit Uppena, Peddi is a sports drama set in the Uttarandhra region. The film stars Ram Charan, Janhvi Kapoor, Shiv Rajkumar, Divyendu Sharma, Jagapathi Babu, and others. The shoot is progressing well, with around 60% completed, and the first-half edit is locked, keeping the project on track for its planned March 27 release.

On the other hand, The Paradise, directed by Srikanth Odela of Dasara (2023) fame, marks his reunion with Nani. The film is a rooted action drama set against a period backdrop in Secunderabad, featuring Nani, Kayadu Lohar, Raghav Juyal, Sonali Kulkarni, and others. However, the production faced delays as the shoot didn’t commence as early as planned and has been moving slowly. Reports now suggest that meeting the March 26 deadline may be challenging, making a postponement likely.

Even if both films complete on schedule, one will probably need to shift its release for a smoother theatrical run. Considering the current pace, The Paradise appears more likely to change its date to avoid a direct clash with Peddi.
