Film star and Hindupur MLA, Nandamuri Balakrishna, joined hands with Indian cricket star, Yuvaraj Singh, to facilitate better medical aid and other support to cancer patients at the Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital. With this association, Yuvaraj’s YouWeCan foundation will assist the Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital.
It is well known that Yuvaraj Singh himself battled cancer and underwent treatment in the US. Yuvi successfully battled cancer and made a comeback to cricket. On the other hand, Balakrishna has been functioning as the Chairman of the Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital and Research Institute.
