In its July 2025 Pixel Feature Drop, Google is introducing a robust suite of AI-powered enhancements across the Pixel ecosystem—marking one of its most expansive updates yet. Notably, users in India are among the key beneficiaries of these advancements, gaining access to cutting-edge tools previously limited to select markets.

Pixel 9 Pro Gains Veo 3 and Free Google AI Pro Subscription
A highlight of the update is the arrival of Veo 3, Google’s next-generation generative video model. Now available via the Gemini app for Pixel 9 Pro users, Veo 3 enables high-quality short video creation simply through text-based scene descriptions. The tool delivers cinematic visuals with natural-sounding audio, streamlining content generation for professionals and enthusiasts alike.

To complement this, Google is offering Pixel 9 Pro users a complimentary one-year subscription to Google AI Pro. This unlocks the full Gemini 2.5 Pro suite, which includes:

Flow – an AI storytelling assistant for crafting compelling narratives

Whisk – a video remix tool for transforming images into animated visuals

Deep Research – an advanced module for in-depth AI-driven analysis

The subscription also provides 1,000 monthly AI credits, 2TB of cloud storage, and upgraded features in NotebookLM, including extended audio overview capabilities ideal for educational and professional use.

Smarter Circle to Search Now Available in India
Circle to Search—one of Google’s most intuitive interaction features—has received a significant upgrade with the introduction of AI Mode. Now live in both India and the United States, this enhanced version allows users to not only identify objects on-screen but also ask contextual follow-up questions without leaving the app they’re in.

The feature now also supports mobile games. Gamers can long-press the home button to access real-time walkthroughs, gameplay tips, or even timestamped video guides based on their in-game progress.

Gemini AI Debuts on Pixel Watch
Expanding AI capabilities to wearables, Google has introduced Gemini AI to Pixel Watch models running Wear OS 4. Users can now access the AI assistant directly from their wrist to ask questions, send messages, set reminders, or get directions, adding a new level of productivity and convenience to Google’s smartwatch experience.
