Actress Hansika Motwani has officially ended her marriage with businessman Sohael Khaturiya, nearly three years after their grand wedding in December 2022. The divorce was granted by a family court in Bandra, Mumbai, through a mutual consent petition. Reports also indicate that Hansika chose not to claim any streedhan or alimony as part of the settlement.

Shortly after the news became public, Hansika shared her first social media post following the separation. She visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar, offering prayers and sharing pictures from the shrine on Instagram. Dressed in a pink ethnic outfit, she was seen sitting peacefully with folded hands, accompanied by her mother. Captioning the post, she wrote, “Held by Him, always. Waheguru di meher naal.” The post quickly caught attention, coming just days after the divorce was finalized.

According to reports, the couple lived together only briefly after their wedding. Differences in lifestyle, opinions, and temperament reportedly led to repeated disagreements, ultimately resulting in their separation. They had been living apart since July 2024 before legally finalizing the divorce.
