The makers of two movies which released recently have launched a scathing attack on a ‘Telugudaily’ for the latter’s reviews of their films.
According to the filmmakers, they were approached by this news paper for money and when refused, they resorted to writing a very poor review of their films.
The two movies are ‘Tippu’ and ‘Vinavayya Ramayya’ and the makers vented their fury at a press meet convened especially for this purpose.
In fact, the producer of ‘Vinavayya Ramayya’, ‘Sindhoora Puvvu’ Krishna Reddy has released an ad in which he targeted the Telugu daily without revealing its name.
“Don’t believe the biased and false reviews of this Telugu daily. Please ask the audience who have watched the movie. Their review is the genuine review,” said the producer.
