The suspense has been revealed finally. Puri Jagannadh’s ongoing film with Nandamuri hero Kalyanram has been officially titled Ism. Puri chose this interesting title since the film has journalism as its backdrop and Kalyanram plays a powerful journalist in it.
However, one can’t help but feel that Puri has taken inspiration from his Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu hero Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s book Ism, which Pawan himself had written with the help of his friend Raju Ravi Teja.While Pawan’s Ism was an intense and thought provoking discussion on philosophical-political ideologue, Puri’s Ism promises to be showcasing the various facets of Isms like humanism, communism, socialism and of course, heroism altogether in journalism.
Apart from releasing the first look posters, the makers of Ism have also announced that the film will be released on September 29. Miss India World Aditi Arya plays the female lead in the film.
