Popular actor and filmmaker People’s Star R Narayana Murthy suffered a major loss today as his father Chinnayya Naidu passed away at his ancestral home in their native village Mallampeta in the Rowthulapudi Mandal of East Godavari District. Chinnayya Naidu was 97.
R Narayana Murthy’s father was a poor peasant and struggled quite hard to raise his children. The People’s Star in an interview long ago, credited his father’s modest lifestyle which instilled him with social values and also laid foundation to his leftist ideology.
