After wrapping up a short shooting schedule in Kenya, Mahesh Babu and director S.S. Rajamouli have returned to Hyderabad to prepare for the next phase of filming locally. Meanwhile, social media is abuzz with reports that Rajamouli’s team has struck a major deal with a Hollywood studio.
According to sources, Warner Bros is set to distribute the film, tentatively titled GlobeTrotter, worldwide—excluding India. The Hollywood studio is expected to oversee the film’s marketing in key international markets, including the United States, and provide strong support to ensure global visibility.
If confirmed, Rajamouli will need to submit all promotional materials well in advance, along with a fully finished version of the film at least three months prior to release. This approach is a significant shift from the typical Telugu film production model, where censor clearance is often sought just a week before release.
Hollywood studios usually complete formalities a month in advance and organize press shows, distributor screenings, and other promotional activities. How Rajamouli manages this structured, tight schedule while maintaining his creative vision remains a point of curiosity, adding an extra layer of anticipation for the film.
