Every day, this hot Delhi lady never misses an intense mixed workout for an hour followed by kickboxing sessions. Except on Sunday, Rakul hits the gym and trains under experts. “I don’t like to miss my workouts as I feel moody if I do so. Without taking any supplements, I do eat home-cooked food, fruits, carbs and veggies and avoid junk foods”, says Rakul.
