After the underwhelming response to Game Changer, Ram Charan is all set to bounce back with a powerful film — Peddi, directed by Uppena fame Buchi Babu Sana. The recently released first glimpse has taken social media by storm, clocking over 36 million views within the first 24 hours of release. The overwhelming response has firmly established the massive anticipation surrounding the film.
What’s more interesting is that the teaser isn’t just resonating with the Telugu audience — it’s performing impressively across languages. Ram Charan, aiming to strengthen his pan-India appeal, has dubbed his own voice for the Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada versions of the teaser. Reports suggest he plans to dub for the full movie as well in these languages, making his performance more authentic and emotionally engaging for non-Telugu audiences.
The presence of AR Rahman as the music composer has also given the film a strong boost, especially in the Tamil belt. The Tamil teaser alone has garnered over 3.5 million views, with the Kannada and Malayalam versions jointly crossing another 3.5 million views.
