A person called Viveck Shetty (MD of Indus Communications and Head of Media Cell, Consumer Guidance Society of India) has filed a complaint against the controversial director under IPC and IT Act alleging that his tweets on the physical attributes of Lord Ganesha questioning his abilities is hurting the religious sentiments of Hindus. A Mumbai Magistrate Court initiated legal process against RGV and asked him appear in court or respond by July 19.
