Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s dream home has finally reached its final stages of completion, and the buzz around it is growing louder in Bollywood circles. For months now, media reports have been filled with updates about the couple’s lavish residence, and it appears that the long wait is nearly over.

Bollywood celebrities are known for building extravagant homes, often spending hundreds of crores to create architectural masterpieces. Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic mansion, Mannat, has long been considered the benchmark for luxury. Purchased around 25 years ago for approximately ₹15 crores, its current estimated value is a staggering ₹250 crores—or possibly even more.

Ranbir and Alia’s new residence is being compared to Mannat in terms of scale and opulence. Located in one of the most exclusive areas of Bandra, the six-story property is reported to have cost around ₹250 crores. Recently, Neetu Kapoor and Alia Bhatt visited the nearly finished house, personally thanking and hosting a meal for the construction workers as a gesture of gratitude for their years of effort. Reports suggest that this marks the final phase before the grand housewarming ceremony, which is expected soon.

The house is being built in memory of Ranbir’s grandmother, Krishna Raj Kapoor, and has been designed with intricate attention to detail, reflecting the Kapoor family’s rich legacy. With its size and architectural beauty, the mansion has already become a focal point of attention in Bandra.

On the professional front, Ranbir Kapoor’s popularity soared after the success of Animal. Fans now eagerly await his upcoming big project, Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana, where he will be playing Lord Ram. The film, set to be released in multiple parts, has already created massive buzz, especially with Yash cast as Ravana.

Ranbir and Alia’s new home, combined with his blockbuster career, has become one of the hottest talking points in Bollywood right now.
