Rashmika Mandanna continues to be a voice for self-care and mental well-being, even in the face of constant online trolling. Known for her cheerful demeanor and positive social media presence, the actress never shies away from showing her real side, despite the harshness of public scrutiny.
In a recent interview, Rashmika opened up about the emotional toll of dealing with paid trolling and negative PR.
“I’m an emotional and real person,” she said. “But these days, if you’re kind, people either think you’re faking it or consider it a weakness. They say things like, ‘She’s doing it just for the cameras.'”
She further added, “I’ve faced a lot of negativity online. But honestly, if you can’t be kind, just be silent. There’s enough space in this world for all of us to grow. I don’t understand why people need to bring others down just to rise. That mindset saddens me deeply.”
Despite the negativity, Rashmika chooses to spread positivity through her words and actions—something clearly reflected in her social media posts and captions.
On the professional front, Rashmika was last seen in Kuberaa and is gearing up for her next releases, The Girlfriend and Thama.
