Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja introduced writer KS Ravindra aka Bobby as director with a mediocre hit film Power. Then, the director made an epic disaster Sardaar Gabbar Singh with Power Star Pawan Kalyan. Post release of the film, Bobby was almost in hidden mode, not seen anywhere.Everyone thought Bobby may not get film offer in near future. But, Ravi Teja is giving him second life, by giving him the opportunity to direct his next movie.
Yes, if reports are to be believed, Ravi Teja has given green signal for a narration given recently by Bobby. The movie is expected to go on floors sometime this year.In fact, Ravi Teja has given nod for another flop director Ramesh Varma who delivered a disaster Veera with him. This movie would hit the sets after Ravi Teja wrapping up film with Bobby. Producers and other details of both these project will be announced soon.
Ravi Teja’s last movie Bengal Tiger was an average grosser. However, he wasted time by rejecting some scripts with several directors. He was supposed to work with debutante director Chakri for a film tentatively titled Robinhood. But, this movie is rumored to be shelved, since Ravi Teja wasn’t too happy with Chakri’s work.
