Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja has apparently lost over 6 kilos of weight for his forthcoming action entertainer Kick 2. It’s earlier reported that Ravi Teja would play dual role in Kick 2 – Father, Son.
Now buzz is that for son’s role, Ravi seems to have shed 6 kgs of his weight. In an attempt to look younger, Ravi working out rigorously and lost the weight. Currently he’s shooting in Hampi for the portions where he essays as son. However, it wasn’t easy for Ravi Teja to shed weight.
He’s working at least two hours a day for this role. Also, Ravi reportedly insisted film unit that shooting should be close to any gym so that he could hit gym as soon as he wraps up his shoot.
Meanwhile, Ravi is said to be following strict diet as he is keeping himself away from oil-rich, carbohydrate-rich food and avoiding large meals. It’s learnt that Ravi Teja instead having 6 small meals in a day. Ravi Teja’s commitment at this juncture of career is definitely laudable.
Directed by Surender Reddy, the film is produced by Nandamuri Kalyan Ram. After Kick turned out to be stupendous hit, makers have finally opted to churn out a sequel.
