The Andhra Pradesh High Court has thrown out a complaint against Allu Arjun in Nandyala, who is getting ready for the December 5th release of *Pushpa 2: The Rule*. Concern among his colleagues and fans alike was raised by a complaint that the actor had organized a large gathering without authorization while in Nandyala for the AP elections.
The criticism started when Allu Arjun’s appearance in Nandyala drew a sizable fan base eager to see the celebrity. The local police and former MLA Shilpa Ravi Chandra Kishore Reddy had filed a case, claiming that the unapproved gathering violated Sections 144 and 30 of the Police Act. The police started legal action because it was claimed that the large number of fans violated election regulations.
Allu Arjun responded by petitioning the High Court to drop the charges, claiming that the mob was an unplanned fan gathering and that he had no direct involvement in its planning. Based on the FIR, the court first granted an order to halt further proceedings in the case.
The High Court formally dismissed the lawsuit against Allu Arjun today with a favorable ruling. As he concentrates on his much awaited movie *Pushpa 2: The Rule*, this decision relieves the actor and permits him to carry on with his promotional activities without interruption.
