Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has been making frequent trips to Delhi recently, prompting criticism from opposition BRS leaders, who allege he is “bowing to the Delhi bosses.”
Responding indirectly to these claims, Revanth Reddy stated last evening, “I meet Prime Minister Modi once every three months and other cabinet ministers regularly to secure funds for Telangana. I maintain good relations with the central leadership for the state’s benefit. Opposition leaders should focus on presenting their issues with the government instead of making political controversies.”
Revanth emphasized that maintaining cordial relations with the center is essential to secure funds and sanctions, signaling that the state’s development takes precedence over political ego or personal interests.
