It seems TDP working President A Revanth Reddy is tired of fighting against Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao in the public platform and planning to wage a legal battle against TRS government on various people’s issues.
Aggrieved over the state government’s reluctance towards addressing the issues raised by the opposition, Revanth drafted more than a dozen complaints against KCR government to be filed before the High Court soon.
The issues include farmers suicides and the status of disbursement of compensation to the victim families, alleged irregularities in the implementation of several government schemes like Mission Bhagiratha, two bed room housing scheme, failures in protecting government lands and also challenge giving away costly lands at throw away prices to private companies in the court.
Revanth took serious note of the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao government’s indifferent attitude towards addressing the people’s issues and also the government’s adamant attitude towards the opposition. The only option before the party is to knock on the doors of the courts to render justice.
TDP already filed petitions against encouraging defections by the ruling TRS, appointment of Parliamentary Secretaries against the constitution and also challenged KCR government on according cabinet status to the government advisors in the court.
