Director Ram Gopal Varma is currently busy tweeting on current affairs in the country including the turbulent politics in Tamilnadu and on the other side he’s wrapping post-production work of “Sarkar 3” quite rapidly as the film is inching its release date.
Unlike any other time, Varma is focusing extensively on this film he has made with Amitabh Bachhan. An insider shared us a story, confirming that without any big reason RGV will not work such hard. Apparently, Varma had run out of cash and that funds crunch led to crores of rupees debts in Mumbai. Despite making some Telugu films in a row, from Rakta Charitra to Attack, Varma has failed to clear his Mumbai debts, says the source.
As the maverick director is not in a position to clear the loans, we hear that all the biggies who have lent money to RGV have formed a syndicate and decided to make a movie with him. What’s that film? It is none other than “Sarkar 3”, they say.
Once Varma launches the film’s trailer and starts upping the hype, firstly the director’s debt with interest will be cleared and then they will pay him his remuneration. Whether this is just a rumour or some truth is what we couldn’t verify, but there was also rumour earlier that some of his moneylenders have in fact built “Factory”, his new office, in Mumbai.
“In case if Sarkar 3 becomes a smashing hit, then all of his debts will be cleared in a single shot, otherwise he will still have some more loans to repay”, the source commented.
