Young actor Roshan Meka is all set to enthrall audiences with his upcoming film Champion, a period sports drama directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Pradeep Advaitham. The film’s shoot is in its final stages, and the makers have officially announced that Champion will hit theaters on December 25, perfectly aligning with the Christmas and New Year holidays — a prime festive release slot.
The newly unveiled release poster shows Roshan making a stylish and confident entry, stepping off an aircraft in a sharp belted overcoat, exuding charisma and intensity.
Champion promises a gripping blend of sports action and emotional storytelling, with Roshan reportedly undergoing a striking makeover and delivering a more mature performance. The film also stars Anaswara Rajan as the female lead.
Backed by Swapna Cinemas, Anandi Art Creations, and Concept Films, and presented by Zee Studios, the film boasts a top-tier technical crew — R. Madhie handling cinematography, Mickey J. Meyer composing the soulful music, and Thota Tharani serving as the production designer.
