Dhurandhar 2, also titled “Dhurandhar: The Revenge,” continues its strong run at the box office with no signs of slowing down. Despite facing stiff competition in the North American market, the Ranveer Singh-starrer spy-action thriller remains one of the most preferred choices among audiences.

The film has now surpassed the lifetime collection of “Kalki 2898 AD” and has emerged as the third highest-grossing Indian film in North America. This impressive performance was largely anticipated following the massive success of the first installment, Dhurandhar.

According to early estimates, Dhurandhar 2 collected around $855K on Day 9, and is expected to close its second Friday with a total in the range of $1.2 million to $1.3 million+ in North America. With this momentum, the film’s cumulative earnings in the region have reached approximately $19 million as of Friday early shows.

The box office trend has been exceptional, and if the current pace continues, the film is likely to surpass the lifetime total of its predecessor, Dhurandhar ($20.65 million), even before the end of its second weekend.

At present, the list of highest-grossing Indian films in North America is led by “Baahubali 2” with $22 million, followed by Dhurandhar with $20.65 million. Dhurandhar 2 now holds the third position with $19 million in just 9 days, pushing Kalki 2898 AD ($18.57 million) to fourth place, while Pathaan stands fifth with $17.49 million.
