Samantha Ruth Prabhu is gearing up for her much-anticipated comeback film Maa Inti Bangaram, a project that holds special importance in her career. Not only is she playing the lead role, but she is also backing the film as a producer, making it a deeply personal venture.
The film is being shaped with the creative involvement of Raj Nidimoru, who is serving as the showrunner and playing a key role in developing the script. Initially, the makers had locked May 15 as the release date, planning it strategically around other big releases.
With Peddi now postponed, May 1 has opened up as an attractive release window. However, Samantha and her team have decided against advancing the release. Director Nandini Reddy is still working on post-production, as the project was always aligned with the May 15 timeline.
Rushing the remaining work to meet an earlier date could compromise the film’s quality. Prioritizing content over timing, Samantha has chosen to stay committed to the original schedule, ensuring the film releases as planned on May 15 without any changes.
