Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu is making waves again, not with a film release but with her disciplined and health-conscious lifestyle. In a recent conversation with celebrity nutritionist Ryan Fernando, Samantha shared insights into her clean-eating regimen, emphasizing that her current diet is focused on reducing internal inflammation rather than just staying slim.

She reflected on her earlier years, mentioning how she used to be naturally skinny and believed she could eat anything without consequences. “Now, it’s about understanding what your body doesn’t respond well to and eliminating it,” she said. Today, her meals are carefully curated and consistent, with no room for cheat days. She starts her day with a smoothie, followed by regular but nutrient-rich meals.

Her diet includes vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts—though she’s not fond of spinach or kale. Instead, she compensates with superfoods such as acai berries, turmeric, celery, ghee, and cold-pressed oils. Interestingly, Samantha doesn’t rely on a professional chef. Her assistant handles her meal prep and even travels with her during shoots to ensure dietary consistency.

On the professional front, Samantha was last seen in the action series Citadel: Honey Bunny alongside Varun Dhawan, which received a positive response. She’s now gearing up for her next Telugu film titled Maa Inti Bangaram, which is being produced under her home banner, Tralala Moving Pictures. While details remain under wraps, the project has already piqued fans’ curiosity—both for its content and Samantha’s involvement behind the scenes.
