Akhil – The Power of Jua is not only a disastrous debut for Akhil Akkineni but also for Sayesha Saighal. The girl now faces the danger of closing her career in Telugu with her first film itself. She gave out several reasons about Akhil’s failure in a interview to a popular English news daily.
Sayesha said, “I think the film should have a few more emotional and meaningful sequences between the couple. The pair looked beautiful but they hardly had any romantic sequences. The boy doesn’t even say ‘I love you’ to the girl,” said the debut actress.
She definitely has a point there! Akhil – The Power of Jua made a whopping 47 Crore pre-release business, failed to collect even 20 Crore share in its full run. This is the worst possible debut a star kid can get disappointing his fans!
