In what could be a sensational development in Andhra Pradesh politics, actress-turned-politician Divya Vani surprised everyone by announcing her decision of leaving the Telugu Desam Party as a protest against the evil forces in the party. She made the announcement on the microblogging site Twitter.
The development was hard to digest for the Telugu Desam Party supporters and cadre who were high on the recent success of the two-day annual event Mahanadu.No one had any idea why she took the decision. Everyone expected a press meeting after the sensational tweet which sent shocking waves across the state.
While the reason behind Divya Vani changing her mind is unknown, reports say that the leaders from TDP went in touch with her and pacified her. The leaders assured her that all her issues will be addressed. Their piravy worked with Divya Vani reportedly changing her mind.
With the issue getting sorted out partially, Divya Vani is likely to meet Telugu Desam Party chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu to clear various things. Once the clouds are cleared then everything will be under control. We have to wait and see how TDP deals with the issue.
