Sharwanand, popularly known as Sharwa, is currently enjoying the success of his recent film Nari Nari Naduma Murari and is also awaiting the release of his upcoming project Biker. The actor is presently working on a period action drama titled Bhogi, directed by Sampath Nandi.
The film is being produced by K. K. Radhamohan under the banner of Sri Sathya Sai Arts. Ever since the makers unveiled the first-look poster, the project has generated strong curiosity among movie lovers.
Keeping the momentum going, the team released a special poster on the occasion of Sharwanand’s birthday. The poster showcases the actor in a strikingly intense avatar. Sporting long, disheveled hair, a thick beard, and a rugged look, Sharwa appears almost unrecognizable. With a beedi between his lips and smoke drifting around him, the poster highlights a raw and untamed side of the actor.
Bhogi is set against a rooted and turbulent backdrop and promises to present Sharwanand in one of the most hard-hitting roles of his career. The team is currently filming a crucial action sequence on a specially erected set.
The makers have announced that the film will hit theatres on August 28, coinciding with the festive occasion of Raksha Bandhan.
