Directed by Sree Ganesh, 3BHK is Siddharth’s 40th film and features Chitra J Achar as the female lead. The film, originally made in Tamil, is slated for a theatrical release in both Tamil and Telugu on July 4.
During the audio launch event held in Chennai, Siddharth turned emotional while reflecting on his journey and the unwavering support of his parents. Speaking on stage, he said:
“My parents are a part of 3BHK. I’ll tell you what that means. This is my 40th film since I began my journey in cinema. When I shared this with my father, Suryanarayanan, I saw pride and peace on his face—and that meant everything to me.”
He further added:
“3BHK is an emotionally charged film that moved me deeply. Everyone in the film made me cry, and I proudly say this is my 40th film. My parents have always believed in me, protected me, and spent everything they had to give me a good life.”
Siddharth’s breakdown on stage came as a shock to many, as it was the first time fans witnessed the actor so openly vulnerable in public.
In recent years, Siddharth has shifted his focus toward emotionally driven scripts. After touching hearts with the child-centered drama Chinna, he now brings 3BHK, a story that revolves around a family’s dream of owning a home—an emotional journey told through deep-rooted family sentiments and aspirations.
