Two Telugu films, Telusu Kada starring Siddhu Jonnalagadda and Mass Jathara featuring Ravi Teja, are gearing up for release this October. As part of promotional activities, the two actors shared a joint interview, which quickly turned from casual movie talk into an intriguing discussion about biopics.
Siddhu revealed that he had once planned a biopic on Ravi Teja. “After Krishna and His Leela released, I considered making a biopic on you. I even worked on it for two months,” Siddhu shared. Ravi Teja was pleasantly surprised and asked if he was serious, to which Siddhu confirmed, suggesting they could explore the idea in the future.
Ravi Teja, in turn, mentioned that he has ideas for a biopic on another actor but preferred to keep the details under wraps. He also emphasized that biopics should portray both the positive and negative sides of a person. Siddhu agreed, adding that a biopic should delve into a person’s inner self, not just their public persona.
The conversation took a light-hearted turn when Siddhu asked which Ravi Teja film he could remake. Ravi Teja suggested Naa Autograph, which Siddhu loved. He also shared that after DJ Tillu released, someone told him he could be the next Ravi Teja—a comment that made him happy.
On the professional front, Ravi Teja is currently shooting for his next project directed by Kishore Tirumala, reportedly titled Bharatamahaseyalaku Vignapthi. Meanwhile, Siddhu Jonnalagadda is busy with Badass, directed by Ravikanth Perepu, a film that explores the journey of a movie star.
