Silently She’s Becoming Side Character

One wrong step and your career will be at bay. That’s what happens with many young heroes and heroines as they fail to turn their initial successes into stardom. If a girl knows how to turn that first-hit into a success, she will be a Kajal and Shruti Haasan, or she will end up as a Priyamani and Regina for sure.

Despite Yama Donga being such a hit, Priyamani indulged in some bikini acts, and her career took a drastic turn then. Even Regina failed to convert the tide in her favour after scoring a couple of hits. If that is the case of non-Telugu heroines, Telugu beauties like Anjali, Swathi and Archana Sastry are fading in time due to poor choice of films.

Some of them are ending up in doing side characters, and one such act will finish their innings as a heroine. After enacting that small role in Khaleja movie, Archana’s career as a heroine got wiped out, and even though she has done lead roles in small movies, there are no takers. Latest heroine to join that bandwagon is none other than Prema Katha Chitram fame Nanditha.

Apparently, she’s playing a small role in the movie Jai Lava Kusa, and those who have seen her in the trailer are shocked for sure. Rather pushing her career to new heights after the stupendous success of that horror-comedy, which opened gates to a new high, Nanditha for sure did a mistake by choosing to play a side character now in JLK. No doubt, she wouldn’t have got a chance to play the lead role in NTR’s film, and this side character won’t help her career in any way.

Going by this, Nanditha may get similar offers in other big heroes’ films, and that will wind up her chances as a leading lady, say cinema observers. Even the likes of Nitya Menon who has done such minuscule roles with a single song in other big stars’ films are now seen nowhere. Wonder what happens next with this Telugu beauty.
