Mumbai actress Sneha Jain has alleged that a Southern director behaved rudely towards her. She opened up on her struggle days and recalled a few harrowing incidents of the past during an interview given to a popular English daily. The actress said that she also faced the casting coach early in his career. She said that a director from the South had spoken to her on the phone very rudely.
Sneha said, “Once I got a call from a South’s casting director, he offered me a film which was about college-going students. I sent them my profile and pictures and the next day I got a call from him telling me that I will have to travel to Hyderabad to meet the makers.”
The actress agreed to travel to meet the team. She mentioned that she would travel with her mother, which prompted the casting director to notify her she would have to spend the entire day with the director and follow all of his instructions.
The actress continued that the CD told her to compromise with him. He told her that the day she reaches Hyderabad, they will give her hotel details where she will meet the director and after she signs the contract papers. He further informed her that the entire day she has to spend with the filmmakers and do whatever he says.
Sneha stated that she turned down being a part of the film right away. She said the CD kept saying to her how it wasn’t a great deal, and everyone did it.
