Natural Star Nani has been steadily shifting gears toward crafting a strong action-hero image. After the gritty success of Dasara, there’s been a clear evolution in the portrayal of violence and intensity in his roles. Now, he’s back with HIT 3, which is set to hit theaters on May 1st, and the team is in full promotional mode. However, the buzz around the film hasn’t quite peaked yet, and a solid release trailer is now the need of the hour.

Promotional strategies in Tollywood have evolved rapidly, and HIT 3 can’t rely solely on songs or social media reels to create lasting hype. While the teaser created decent intrigue, the theatrical trailer didn’t quite deliver the punch audiences were expecting. This is crucial, especially when comparisons are drawn to HIT 2, which also started off with low buzz. But an impactful trailer and the viral success of the song Urike Urike turned the tide in its favor.

So far, the songs from HIT 3 haven’t emerged as chartbusters, and while the trailer hinted at violence and intensity, it didn’t fully connect with fans. The audience today is highly selective and expects a compelling reason to head to theaters. A well-crafted release trailer could be the game-changer—setting the tone, building anticipation, and giving a clearer sense of what to expect.

Nani has always been appreciated for backing unique scripts and delivering engaging cinema. His recent film choices reflect that commitment. Even though HIT 3 is being promoted aggressively, it still needs one big push—a trailer that sets expectations right and hooks the viewers emotionally and visually.

Now, with the clock ticking toward release day, all eyes are on the final trailer to bring the hype home.
