JC Diwakar Reddy is at it again. Breathing fire on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, JC has stated that Modi is the only “hurdle” for the demand of the Special Category Status to Andhra Pradesh. He made it clear that AP will not get Special Category Status as long as Modi is the Prime Minister. He said that justice will be done to AP only when a new PM comes other than BJP, Congress. Diwakar Reddy also fumed over Congress and Rahul Gandhi.
“When you were in power, you divided the state in an unscientific manner, ham-handed manner. You didn’t do justice to AP although you were in power. You could have given the Special Category Status to AP then only. But you didn’t do so. No one trusts you if you promise to give us when you’re back in power,” said angry JC to Congress.
JC Diwakar Reddy has met AP CM and TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu at Amaravati to discuss the future course of political action. Diwakar Reddy has explained the situation in Delhi to Naidu. Naidu apparently told Diwakar Reddy to go to constituencies and explain the situation to people directly. Chandrababu has directed all MPs, all TDP leaders to take up the issue into public and explain them their sincere efforts to get justice to AP.
