In the good old days, jaggery vendors would stock up jaggery to sell it when the prices rise. But after a while, instead of making profits, they would end in losses as the market would be saturated with jaggery and this would result in fall in prices. Though unrelated, Sridevi is behaving like the jaggery merchants. There was a time when everyone awaited the launch of her daughter Jhanvi.
At the time, Sridevi made a lot of calculations and delayed her entry into Bosllywood. Now, her brother-in-law Anil Kapoor’s daughter Sonam Kapoor is doing really well in Bollywood. Aslso, she is considered to be the style diva of the industry. So, Sridevi is now worried that Sonam might give tough competition to Jhanvi.
But Sonam might go strong for at least six years. And Sri cannot wait for her to exit the industry. So industry insiders feel she must prepare her daughter and launch her ASAP without further delay.
