Rebel Star Prabhas rose to pan-India fame with the blockbuster Baahubali and has since been busy announcing and working on multiple pan-India projects. Currently, he has several films in the pipeline, including Maruthi’s The Raja Saab, Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Spirit, Hanu Raghavapudi’s Fauzi, along with Salaar 2 and Kalki 2. The Raja Saab is set to hit screens next Sankranti, keeping fans eagerly waiting.

Recently, a comment from a heroine about Prabhas went viral, describing him as “still like a little boy.” Who made this remark? What’s their connection with Prabhas? And in what way does the star still act like a kid?

The actress in question is Sridevi Vijay Kumar, who starred alongside Prabhas in Eeswar, his debut film’s lead heroine. Sridevi is now making a comeback with the film Sundarakanda, starring Nara Rohith, directed by debutant Venkatesh Nimmalapudi, and produced by Santosh Chinnapol, Gautham Reddy, and Rakesh Mahankali under Sandeep Pictures Palace. The film is scheduled to release on August 27, coinciding with Vinayaka Chaviti.

During the promotional interviews for Sundarakanda, Sridevi shared, “My friendship with Prabhas started back in Eeswar and remains the same even today. He hasn’t changed at all. Even now, he talks and laughs like a little boy. I never imagined he would become such a big star!”

Speaking about her comeback, Sridevi added, “I got married while I was doing consecutive films as a heroine. Although it surprised many, my family had planned it carefully. After my marriage and the birth of my child, I took a short break from films. I also did a few TV programs during this period, so I never felt completely away from the screen. Returning now as a heroine feels exciting. When director Venkatesh narrated the story, I was shocked — the script felt fresh, and I immediately said yes.”
