One of the most talked about star directors who kept making the same film again and again, and lost all the patronage he has, is none other than Sreenu Vaitla. After his film ‘Ready’ turning out to be super hit, the director picked the same ‘house comedy formula’ all the time to execute things. His all other films followed the suit, eventually turning up damp squibs at the box office.
After his ‘Amar Akbar Antony’ with Raviteja also went for a toss, the director really got shocked by the punch audience gave him. He says that making films in the same genre has cost him huge and he should have avoided that. In a TV interview, Vaitla felt sad that he has not identified the mistake for a long time until he scored back to back flops. But then, what’s his next move?
Though he hasn’t revealed any names, Vaitla stated that he has corrected the mistakes and his new film’s story is going to be stunning and unusual. Well, as he said that many times earlier, it is quite unbelievable for film lovers, but hope for the best. He is rumoured to be directing Sai Bellamkonda very soon.
