Teenagers getting addicted to porn is nothing new in these times and we have seen several instances of teenage students getting caught watching porn in classrooms. But what almost a hundred of students did in an American school will leave you in utter shock.
The authorities at Canon City School in Colorado, America on Friday unearthed a huge ‘sexting ring’ where more than a hundred students including boys and girls were found sharing close to 300 to 400 of their nude selfies in classrooms. While this shocking scandal has outraged parents, police and attorney officials are now debating whether to book the students with felony and child pornography charges since all the students are well below 18 years old.
Apparently, the photographs were shared using the ‘vault apps’ smartphone application and the students even had a competition as they even gave ratings to each others nude selfies and the winner with the largest collection of nude selfies will be crowned “the pimp of pictures” title. The authorities have found that that the school’s football team Canon City Tigers to be the kingpin of this sexting scandal.
Law enforcement authorities are investigating whether the students were forced to participate in the sexting scandal and also on a mission to find out if the students were sexually exploited in this sexting ring. Meanwhile, educational institutes in the surrounding county are expressing concerns over a possibility of more students from different school too being part of this sexting ring.
