His legacy goes beyond commercial success, reflecting a unique blend of mainstream appeal and experimental storytelling.
Through his banner Sukumar Writings, he has balanced big-star projects with innovative content, establishing a production house synonymous with both scale and creativity. Over the past decade, Sukumar Writings has been behind several notable films, including Kumari 21F, Uppena, Virupaksha, 18 Pages, Pushpa 2, and Gandhi Thatha Chettu, in collaboration with leading production houses.
Among these, Pushpa 2: The Rule stood out as a cultural and commercial phenomenon, shattering records domestically and internationally, and showcasing the high production values that have become a hallmark of Sukumar Writings.
Looking ahead, one of the most anticipated Indian films, Peddi, starring global star Ram Charan and directed by Buchi Babu, is currently in development in association with Sukumar Writings.
