Akkineni family hero, Sumanth who is happy with the decent performance of his latest release, ‘Malli Rava’, has opened up about what led to his divorce with actress Keerthi Reddy and how his equation with her now is.
‘Our relationship lasted for only one year. During this period, we understood that we are very different as people, and that we can’t live together for long. So, we decided to part ways amicably,’ Sumanth revealed.
Adding that they are still maintaining good equation, he said, ‘I am happy that Keerthi has remarried and has two beautiful children. She is still in touch with me, we are still good friends. We occasionally talk on phone. We met last personally when she paid a visit after the death of my grandfather (ANR). Her family respects me a lot.’
Sumanth also cleared the speculations that Nagarjuna had any role in his divorce.
